Offices
All 27 offices are provided fully furnished with each workstation having a telephone line included in the monthly charge. All residents can utilise the central Brinkworth House reception allowing for dedicated bespoke telephone answering; other services on offer include secretarial and IT support, meeting rooms are available for hire by the hour, reception can arrange catering and any other office requirements.

Brinkworth House has a glass lift providing access to the second floor of the offices and with a glass roof on top of the new extension; our offices have
plenty of natural daylight.
Each office is independently alarmed, access is available 7 days a week 24 hours a day, and we have CCTV to provide additional security to our residents within the grounds.
Offices are available to rent on a monthly rolling notice, thereby allowing companies to take advantage of our flexible terms when expanding or contracting the size of their organisation, with business conditions being uncertain the advantage of being able to expand or contract in size without incurring huge financial commitment is an attractive consideration.
Monthly service charge includes -
- Heating (individually controlled in many offices)
- Lighting
- Car Parking (each office includes a fixed number of spaces)
- Business Rates
- 1 telephone line/handset per workstation
- Brinkworth House reception* and telephone answering*
- Building insurance (but not contents)
All consumables are billed monthly in arrears, the service charge is billed monthly in advance, residents are expected to pay their service charge by direct debit, (additional services for consumables can be settled by cheque within 7 days of receipt of deposit)
