The Country Land and Business Association is lobbying for better Internet connectivity in rural England and Wales and claims the impact of limited broadband and bandwidth is having across the country is significant.

The association says there is insufficient Internet access for SME's needs and this results in small businesses not being able to compete with city based competitors.

In the current economic situation it appears that "office space rental" is still in an uncertain market.

It is apparent that demand is slowly increasing but traditional long term arrangements are still not the flavour of the month and arrangements are definitely in the favour of the tenants. A canny business would do better to consider short term solutions and the flexibility of easy in easy out terms; short-term office solutions will surely adjust to the current trends of the office market.
